How do I place an order from ARTonomous?
At ARTonomous website you can order online at any time by clicking "add to cart" that is next to each product. You can also order by phone by contacting us at (+30) 2315 518333, daily from 10:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00.
How do I know that my order has been successfully placed at ARTonomous?
Once you make your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Can I change the products of my order from ARTonomous?
You can make any change you want in your order until it is delivered to the courier. You can add, remove or even replace a product you have ordered. In any case, the change can be done either by contacting us by phone at (+30) 2315 518333 or via e-mail at email@example.com. When you add or replace a product, the order delivery time changes as the process for the product you just added begins again. However, we would like to inform you that for your convenience are permitted up to 3 changes per order.
Can I order a product that is out of stock?
If you are interested in purchasing a product that seems to have run out of stock, you can call us on (+30) 2315 518333 to see if it is possible to place a special order for you.
What are the payment methods?
artonomous.gr customers have available many payment methods: Cash: Upon delivery of the products you have ordered you can pay the amount owed by cash to the partner who brought your order. Bank transfer: After you consult us for the exact amount that includes shipping costs, you can pay your order to a bank account of ARTonomous (alpha bank IBAN GR49 0140 7310 7310 0210 1010 568, bank account holder: Bellou Vassiliki) Paypal: In such case, you pay the order with your PayPal account. To activate the payment you will be redirected to the login page of PayPal. Your account will be charged on the day of your order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one from the PayPal login page by clicking here. Receipt from the store: Of course, after contacting us, you can pay and receive your order by coming at ARTonomous store, situated in 45 Papamarkou st, Athonos Sq, Thessaloniki, Greece.
How do I receive my order from ARTonomous?
All deliveries are easily and reliably made at your selected address by DOOR to DOOR by ELTA courier service in Greece and by Register Mail by Hellenic Postal Service abroad.
How much will the delivery cost?
Shipping costs for Greece are 3 EUR up to 2kg and are added to the amount of your order. If you choose the cash payment method you will be charged an extra 3 EUR. Shipping costs abroad are 10 euros.
When is shipping free?
Shipping of orders for Greece over 60 EUR are free of charge. If you choose the cash payment method you will be charged an extra 3 EUR.
Is there any chance that the product I have ordered to be different from the way it appears in the photos?
It is made every effort to illustrate our products in the best possible way. Nevertheless, it is possible a slight variation in color due to lighting and each electronic device.
When will I receive my order from ARTonomous?
Most products are readily available and can be received within 2-3 working days. If a product is out of stock, we will communicate with you to inform you on the exact date of the delivery.
Can I return a product I purchased from artonomous.gr?
If the product you receive is damaged or is different from what you have ordered it will be replaced and ARTonomous will bear the transportation costs.
