Artonomous.gr is the official web site of the company named Artonomous. The content of its web pages (photos, graphics, texts, products, descriptions, logos, designs, and services) is literary property of this company and is reserved by all the corresponding provisions of the local Law and the international Agreements.
Any copying, reproduction, distribution, transfer, up/downloading, processing or sale of this content is forbidden except when written permission has been granted by Artonomous.
In no case must the exposition of this content on Artonomous.gr be considered an assignment of additional rights to the user.
All users of Artonomous.gr without exception agree that they shall not use it for posting, sending, sharing or transmitting via e-mail and other ways of content that:

Our duty and primary care is that the information provided on the Artonomous website regarding the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products are absolutely accurate. However, some products may appear on your device’s screen slightly different in size, color and texture than in reality.
The prices listed next to each product include 24% VAT.
The prices refer to the quantities available, and Artonomous.gr reserves the right to change the description and prices of its products without prior notice. However, after completing your order, you are required to ship the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.
All products are delivered in your area easily and reliably via the Hellenic Post (ELTA) Door-to-Door courier service.
The shipping costs are 3.80 euros for orders up to 2 kg and are added to your order amount. If you choose the “Pay on Delivery” payment method (see below), you will be charged an extra 2.50 euros.
For orders over 59.00 euros, the delivery costs are free of charge (for deliveries within Greece only), unless you choose the “Pay on Delivery” payment method (see below). In this case you will be charged € 1.00.
Most products are readily available and can be picked up within 2-3 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to tell you the exact delivery date.
VALIDATION OF ORDERS
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days after they are carried out. Nonetheless, in the cases of receipt from the Distribution Center specifically, orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 5 calendar days after they are registered. If the order can not be completed (due to inability of communicating with the customer, due to nobody claiming the product or due to unavailability of the product), it is cancelled after the above deadlines.
SPECIAL CASES OF DELIVERY OR ORDERS
In special cases of high volume or weight orders, shipping is carried out with the means of Artonomous’ absolute choice, while some deliveries are only possible in large urban areas. Artonomous reserves the right to decline specific orders by informing the customer in advance and returning all of the price paid for the canceled order.
For special categories of products, such as products made only upon request or of high value, a deposit may be required before the order is carried out.
VERY IMPORTANT: When receiving a product, please thoroughly examine its condition and its packaging, as it is important to find out if a problem has occurred during transportation. If you find a problem with the packaging shortly after receipt, please contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after you get the product in your hands, report it directly to the delivery person. Then contact us and inform us about the statement you made to the delivery person.
Customers of Artonomous.gr have many ways to pay. These ways are:
- Pay on delivery: On receipt of your order, you may pay the amount due to the delivery person who brought it.
- Deposit in a bank account: Once you have confirmed your order, including the shipping costs, you can pay to the Artonomous’ bank account (Alpha Bank: IBAN GR49 0140 7310 7310 0210 1010 568, Bellou Vasiliki) .
- Paypal: In this case you pay the order with your PayPal account. To carry out the payment, you will be taken to the PayPal login page. Your account will be charged directly on the day of your order.
- Receive from the store: Of course, after contacting us, you can pick up and pay your order at our physical store, which is located 45, Papamarkou, Athonos Square, 54 623, Thessaloniki.
- Credit / Debit Card: You can pay your order using your credit or debit card (Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard). The transaction is carried out via the Viva Payments interbank system.
The listed prices include the legal VAT.
Until the full price is paid, the goods remain under the ownership of Artonomous.
According to the Tax Act 3842/2010 article 20, paragraph 3, “the tax information of a total value of one thousand five hundred (1.500) euros or more, issued for sale of goods or services to individuals, is paid by their recipients, buyers of the goods or service via debit or credit card or bank account and checks. Payment is not allowed in cash. Banks are not allowed to charge fees for depositing these amounts in bank accounts.”
Therefore, orders worth more than € 1,500 including taxes and other charges will have to be repaid either by credit card or by deposit into an account.
Use of Gift Coupon / Gift Voucher.
If you have a gift voucher, envelope or a coupon of www.artonomous.gr, redeem it by following these steps:
- a) Add to the shopping cart the products you want to order.
- b) In the online order form upon completing your order, fill in the voucher or coupon code to calculate the discount. Then you can complete your order with the payment method you want.
Please remember that each voucher/coupon can be used only once and no change is given after its use.

NOTE 1: The value of the voucher or the coupon includes VAT. It is valid for purchases from the online store www.artonomous.gr and only for a specific product, until the products are out of stock and until the expiration date printed on the voucher/coupon. Each voucher/coupon can be used only once, and is not reverted to use.
NOTE 2: Remember that the products available at a discount, as well as the discount price, are controlled completely by Artonomous and may change at any time.
Artonomous declares that it will fulfill orders based on product availability and until products are out of stock based on the general terms present here.
Our goal is to ensure your utmost satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may exercise your right and return part of it or all the products you have purchased within 14 days of the date of receipt.
It is clarified that returned products must not be used or damaged. Furthermore, the labels accompanying the product should be the same as it was when you received it. The same applies to your retail sales receipt or invoice. In addition, you must be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions and a return code.
For returning a non-defective product, the cost of return is charged to the customer, and the cost of re-shipping of the item you choose for replacement is entirely charged by Artonomous.gr.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Artonomous will make every effort to replace it with a similar or similar product at no extra cost to you. However, please email us at email@example.com within 14 days of your receipt in order to send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product ceases to be available, it can be replaced with an identical product on request or refunded.
If a product spoils at least 14 days after delivery and you want to send it to the guaranteeing company, Artonomous offers free of charge only the return of the product to you after it has been repaired. The customer is obliged to pay the shipping for sending the defective product to us, which will then be transferred to the corresponding company for repair.
Limitations of liability
In all the products on our Artonomous.gr catalogs, there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be deemed completed only after a written electronic confirmation has been sent. In the event that an order can not be executed, Artonomous.gr has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, and the price, if it has already been recovered, is refunded by depositing into your Bank Account.
