Products Description
Our obligation and main care is that the information given on the Artonomous website regarding the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products is absolutely accurate. However, some products may appear on your device’s screen slightly differently in size, color, and texture than in reality.

Product Prices
The prices listed next to each product include 24% VAT.

Prices refer to the quantities that are available, while Artonomous.gr reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notice. However, after the fulfillment of your order, it is obliged to send you the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on the website of S.A. at the time of the order.

Shipping Products
All deliveries are made by the courier Door-to-Door of ELTA to the place of your choice easily and reliably.

FOR SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE: Shipping costs are 3.50 euros for orders up to 2 kg and are added to the amount of your order. In case you choose the cash on delivery method, you will be charged an additional 2.50 euros.

For orders over 59 euros, shipping is free of charge (applies to shipments within Greece). In case you choose the cash on delivery method, you are charged 1.00 euros.

For shipments with BOX NOW, shipping costs are €2.50, while for shipments over €59, shipping with BOX NOW is free.

Most products are in stock and you can receive them within 2–3 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the exact delivery date.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS: The cost is 26 euros for all orders by courier and 7.50 euros for shipments with BOX NOW.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF EUROPE: The cost is 26 euros for all orders.

FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD: The cost is 26 euros for all orders.

ORDER VALIDITY
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days from their registration. Specifically for Pickup from the Distribution Center, orders remain valid and available for pickup for up to 5 calendar days from the time they are placed. If it is not possible to complete the order (due to inability to contact you, failure to collect the product, or unavailability of the requested product) and the above period has elapsed, the order will be cancelled.

SPECIAL CASES OF SHIPMENTS OR ORDERS
In special cases of large volume or weight orders, the shipment is made by means of transport of the absolute choice of Artonomous, while some deliveries are only possible in large urban areas. Artonomous reserves the right not to accept specific orders and to reject specific sales, informing in a timely manner and refunding the full price of any paid price of the canceled order.

For special categories of products, such as items made to order or those of very high value and outside the normal flow of www.artonomous.gr, an advance payment may be required before the order is processed.

VERY IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, a thorough inspection of the product and its packaging should be carried out to detect any damage that may have occurred during transit. If you find any problem with the packaging shortly after receipt, please contact us immediately. If you discover a problem immediately upon receiving the product, report it directly to the carrier. Then, contact us to inform us of the report you made to the carrier.

Payment Methods
Friends of artonomous.gr have many payment methods at their disposal. These ways are:

• Cash on delivery: Upon receipt of the products you have ordered, you pay the amount due to the courier who brought you the order.
• Deposit in a bank account: After you have agreed with us on the exact amount due, which will include shipping costs, you pay your debt to the bank account of Artonomous (Alpha Bank: IBAN GR49 0140 7310 7310 0210 1010 568, Bellou Vasiliki).
• PayPal: In this case, you pay for the order with your PayPal account. To activate the payment you will be redirected to the PayPal login page. Your account will be debited on the day of your order.
• Pick-up from the store: Of course, after contact, pick-up and payment can be made from our physical store, located at 45 Papamarkou Street, Athonos Square, 54 623, Thessaloniki.
• Credit/Debit Card: You can pay for your order using your credit or debit card (Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard). The transaction is made through the interbank system of Viva Payments.
  The listed prices include the legal VAT.

Until the full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the selling company.
According to Tax Law 3842/2010 article 20 § 3, “tax documents with a total value of one thousand five hundred (1,500) euros or more, issued for sales of goods or provision of services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of goods or services, through a bank, by debit or credit cards or by bank account and cheques. These items may not be paid for in cash. Banks are not allowed to charge fees for depositing these amounts in bank accounts.”
Therefore, orders with a value of more than 1,500 euros including taxes and other charges should be paid either by credit card or by deposit in an account.

Use of Voucher/Gift Voucher.

If you have a gift certificate, voucher or www.artonomous.gr voucher, redeem them by following these steps:
a) Add the products you want to order to the shopping cart.
b) In the online order form at the end of your order, fill in the code of the gift certificate, voucher or voucher so that the discount can be calculated. You can then complete your order with your desired payment method.

NOTE 2: Remember that the products that will be available at a discount, as well as the amount of their discount, are at the sole discretion of the www.artonomous.gr. The www.artonomous.gr may change at any time, throughout the validity of the coupon, the products it will have at a discount, as well as the amount of the discount provided to them. Artonomous declares that it will fulfill orders based on the availability of products and while stocks last on the basis of the general conditions applicable to sales from the online store.

Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise your right and return part or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

It is clarified that the returned products must not be used or damaged. Also, the labels that come with the product should be exactly as they were when you received it. The same applies to the retail receipt or invoice. In addition, you must contact the info@artonomous.gr by e-mail to give you instructions and a return code.

For the return of a non-defective product, the return cost is borne by the customer, while the cost of reshipping the item you may choose for replacement is borne entirely by the Artonomous.gr.

Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, Artonomous will make every effort to replace it with the same or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at the info@artonomous.gr within 14 days of receipt in order to send you instructions for returning the product as well as a return code. If the product becomes unavailable, an equivalent product may be replaced upon request or refunded.

In case a product breaks down at least 14 days after delivery and you want to send it to the relevant company that gives the warranty, Artonomous offers free of charge only the return of the product to you after its repair. The customer is obliged to pay the shipping costs for sending the defective product to us, which will then be transported to the appropriate company for repair.

Limitations of Liability
In all the products contained in the catalogs of Artonomous.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be deemed to have been completed only after sending a written electronic confirmation. In case it is impossible to execute an order, the Artonomous.gr has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, while the price, if it has already been collected, is refunded by deposit to your Bank account.

Information on the Processing of Personal Data

Artonomous informs that, for the purpose of carrying out its business activities, it processes personal data of its customers. HOW AND WHY DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
