Product Shipping
FOR SHIPMENTS TO GREECE:
All deliveries are made by ELTA’s Door-to-Door courier service to your chosen location easily and reliably.
Shipping costs are €3.50 for orders up to 2 kg and are added to your order total.
If you choose the cash on delivery method, an additional €3 will be charged.
For orders over €59, shipping is free for orders within Greece.
For shipments with BOX NOW, shipping costs are €2.50, while for shipments over €59, shipping with BOX NOW is free.
Most products are in stock and you can receive them within 2–3 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the exact delivery date.
FOR SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS:
The cost is 26€ for all orders by courier and 7,50€ for shipments with BOX NOW.
FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF EUROPE:
The cost is €26 for all orders.
FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD:
The cost is €26 for all orders. Order validity: Orders remain valid and available for delivery for up to 15 calendar days from their placement. Specifically for Pickup from the Distribution Center, orders remain valid and available for pickup for up to 5 calendar days from the time they are placed. If it is not possible to complete the order (due to inability to contact you, failure to collect the product, or unavailability of the requested product) and the above period has elapsed, the order will be cancelled. Special cases for shipments or orders: In special cases of large volume or weight orders, shipping is handled by transport methods solely chosen by ARTonomous, while some deliveries are only feasible in major urban areas. ARTonomous reserves the right not to accept certain orders and to decline certain sales, notifying you in a timely manner and refunding in full any amount paid for the cancelled order. For special categories of products, such as items made to order or those of very high value and outside the normal flow of www.artonomous.gr, an advance payment may be required before the order is processed.
VERY IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, a thorough inspection of the product and its packaging should be carried out to detect any damage that may have occurred during transit. If you find any problem with the packaging shortly after receipt, please contact us immediately. If you discover a problem immediately upon receiving the product, report it directly to the carrier. Then, contact us to inform us of the report you made to the carrier.
