All products are delivered in your area easily and reliably via the Hellenic Post (ELTA) Door-to-Door courier service.
FOR SHIPPING WITHIN GREECE: The shipping costs are 3.80 euros for orders up to 2 kg and are added to your order amount. If you choose the “Pay on Delivery” payment method (see below), you will be charged an extra 2.50 euros.
For orders over 59.00 euros, the delivery costs are free of charge (for deliveries within Greece only), unless you choose the “Pay on Delivery” payment method (see below). In this case you will be charged € 3.00.
Most products are readily available and can be picked up within 2-3 business days. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to tell you the exact delivery date.
FOR ORDERS TO OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: The shipping costs are 13 euros for all orders.
FOR ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD: The shipping costs are 18 euros for all orders.
VALIDATION OF ORDERS
Orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 15 calendar days after they are carried out. Nonetheless, in the cases of receipt from the Distribution Center specifically, orders remain valid and available for delivery up to 5 calendar days after they are registered. If the order can not be completed (due to inability of communicating with the customer, due to nobody claiming the product or due to unavailability of the product), it is cancelled after the above deadlines.
SPECIAL CASES OF DELIVERY OR ORDERS
In special cases of high volume or weight orders, shipping is carried out with the means of Artonomous’ absolute choice, while some deliveries are only possible in large urban areas. Artonomous reserves the right to decline specific orders by informing the customer in advance and returning all of the price paid for the canceled order.
For special categories of products, such as products made only upon request or of high value, a deposit may be required before the order is carried out.
VERY IMPORTANT: When receiving a product, please thoroughly examine its condition and its packaging, as it is important to find out if a problem has occurred during transportation. If you find a problem with the packaging shortly after receipt, please contact us immediately. If you find a problem immediately after you get the product in your hands, report it directly to the delivery person. Then contact us and inform us about the statement you made to the delivery person.
